海波特大學(xué)（High Point University，縮寫：HPU）是一所中等大小的私立地方性學(xué)院，隸屬于衛(wèi)理宗公會(huì)，位于美國北卡羅來納州城海波特，以本科教育為主，同時(shí)開設(shè)有少量的碩士和博士課程。海波特大學(xué)成立于1924年，原名海波特學(xué)院（High Point College），1991年正式更名為海波特大學(xué)。海波特大學(xué)的在2016USNEWS南部地方性學(xué)院排名第一位。
學(xué)校所在的海波特，是一個(gè)人口約10萬的小型城市，與格林波若、溫斯頓-塞納姆（維克森林大學(xué)的所在地）共同組成北卡羅來納州的皮德蒙特三角區(qū)（Piedmont Triad），都會(huì)區(qū)人口約108萬。海波特距離這兩個(gè)城市均只有20分鐘車程。海波特大學(xué)地理位置上位處城郊，占地約380英畝。
海波特大學(xué)專業(yè)設(shè)置偏向商科、人文和藝術(shù)專業(yè)。商科開設(shè)有精算科學(xué)，是美國較少開設(shè)有這種專業(yè)的學(xué)校之一，除精算外，會(huì)計(jì)、市場(chǎng)營銷、工商管理、企業(yè)管理等等專業(yè)都有開設(shè)。海波特大學(xué)沒有工程專業(yè)，但開設(shè)有一個(gè)工程學(xué)3+2項(xiàng)目，系與范德堡大學(xué)、弗吉尼亞理工學(xué)院聯(lián)合開設(shè)，畢業(yè)后可以獲得海波特大學(xué)和對(duì)應(yīng)學(xué)校的雙學(xué)士學(xué)位
