- Excellent Course Selection – Prepare to be challanged. Only drawback is if you don't keep up with material you will get left behind.
- Experience Faculty – All of the art professors are practicing artists. They are specifically placed in teaching the medium they know best in order to give you the highest quality of education. But what I found a lot more valuable than this was each teacher's knowledge of the art world and their different opinions and advice. I learned a lot more from each of my professors' personal art experiences than I did from my art history class.
- Top Art Program – Cooper only allows a small number of students into their programs. With about only 60-50 kids allowed into the art school, it's a prestigious program to be involved in. Cooper does not teach art like other schools, it is a completely different experience. The teachers and students are one community and the sense of unity is incredible. The teachers are more than willing to share everything they know about art in order to help their students.
