PCAT，全稱(chēng)“Pharmacy College Admission Test”，也即美國(guó)藥學(xué)院入學(xué)考試，是進(jìn)入美國(guó)多數(shù)大學(xué)藥學(xué)博士（Pharm.D）項(xiàng)目的必需的考試。*(1)
考試內(nèi)容
PCAT共分七個(gè)部分，包含閱讀、計(jì)量、生物、化學(xué)和閱讀理解五個(gè)選擇題部分，外加兩個(gè)寫(xiě)作部分。整體而言，PCAT考試內(nèi)容及難易程度均與GRE類(lèi)似，其專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)部分相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單，約只相當(dāng)于國(guó)內(nèi)高中到大學(xué)之間的水準(zhǔn)。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)生的考試成績(jī)主要受限于自身的英語(yǔ)水平，而非專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)水平。
PCAT考試的選擇題部分的結(jié)構(gòu)如下：

考試分?jǐn)?shù)
PCAT每道選擇題都計(jì)為10分，選對(duì)計(jì)10分，選錯(cuò)計(jì)0分，因此每個(gè)部分的滿(mǎn)分均為480分，取五項(xiàng)平均值即為最后的總分。此外，PCAT的成績(jī)單還會(huì)包括一個(gè)百分比排名，根據(jù)的是一段時(shí)間內(nèi)考生分?jǐn)?shù)，計(jì)算出來(lái)的排名。

考試報(bào)名
PCAT考試只在美國(guó)舉辦，欲參加該考試的學(xué)生必需身在美國(guó)，或以旅游簽證等的身份前往美國(guó)參加。盡管有不少美國(guó)大學(xué)的藥學(xué)博士（Pharm.D）項(xiàng)目只向美國(guó)公民或永久居民開(kāi)放，但參加PCAT考試本身并沒(méi)有身份限制。報(bào)名費(fèi)為199美元。*(4)
